Terms of Service
Last updated: 18 October 2026. These terms are between you and (“we”), the operator of Kitwise. By using the site you agree to them.
1. Using the service
You may use Kitwise for lawful purposes only. Upload and process only files you have the right to use. Do not attempt to overload, probe, scrape at high volume or bypass the usage limits or the security of the service. Use the website audit and web-to-PDF tools only on public pages you are allowed to check. Templates such as the receipt maker and the legal document templates are aids: you are responsible for the details you enter, and legal templates are not legal advice.
2. Free use and plans
The tools that run in your browser are free without limits; pages may show ads. The ad-free plan is a licence key that hides the ads in the browsers where you activate it, until the date in the key. Where server tools are offered, free use has daily and monthly task limits and file-size limits shown on the Pricing page, and paid plans (Pro, Business) raise them. Prices are shown on the Pricing page in rupees or US dollars. We may change prices or limits for future purchases; a plan you already paid for keeps its limits until it ends.
3. Payments and refunds
Payments are processed by our payment partners or verified manually by us. A licence key is issued after the payment is confirmed (for JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or bank payments, after we see the money arrive, usually within a few hours). If your key does not work, contact us and we will fix it or refund you. If a tool fails to work for you because of a fault on our side, contact us within 7 days of purchase at and we will review a refund or extension case by case. Subscriptions bought through Lemon Squeezy or Stripe can be cancelled there at any time; the plan simply ends when the paid time is over.
4. Results are provided “as is”
Tools are provided without warranty. Always check important results before relying on them. Calculators, converters and estimates (including prayer times, Qibla direction, Zakat, calorie, loan and savings tools, land and gold unit conversions, number-to-words) are aids, not professional, religious, legal, financial, medical or tax advice. Marla size, gold purity and local timetables differ by region: confirm with the relevant authority or a qualified person.
5. Your content
You keep all rights to your files and text. You give us only the permission needed to process them to deliver the result you asked for.
6. Availability and liability
We aim for a reliable service but cannot guarantee it is always available or error-free. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
7. Suspension
We may suspend access or revoke a licence key for abuse, fraud or breach of these terms.
8. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the update. These terms are governed by the laws of , unless mandatory local consumer law says otherwise.
