About the Citation Generator (APA, MLA, Harvard, Chicago)
Make a correct reference for your assignment, thesis or article. Choose APA 7, MLA 9, Harvard or Chicago (bibliography), pick a website, book or journal article, and fill in the authors, title, date and the other details the style needs.
Write authors as “Last, First”, one per line; the tool turns them into the format of the style, with “&” or “and”, initials and “et al.” where the style asks for them. Titles get the right italics and capital letters, and DOIs become links.
Copy the formatted reference into Word or Google Docs; the italics are kept. Check your university’s guide for local rules.

Questions
What is the difference between APA and Harvard?
Both are author–date styles; they differ in punctuation, the use of “&” and how URLs and access dates are written.
How do I cite a website with no author?
Leave authors empty; the title moves to the front, as the styles require.
Does it keep the italics when I paste?
Yes, when you copy the formatted result into Word or Google Docs.
