A real recording of the tool, no sound โ€” the steps are written on the video and below.

How it works

Open a PDF and every page appears with its real text positions. Choose Edit text and click any word or line: Kitwise covers the old words and puts an editable copy in the same place, in a matching size, so you can correct a name, a date or an amount. Add text anywhere, white-out what should not show, highlight lines, draw, or place โœ“ and โœ— marks.

Signature lets you draw, type or upload your signature and place it on any page. Picture adds a stamp or logo. Text field and Checkbox field create real fillable form fields, so people can type into your PDF in Acrobat Reader, Chrome, Edge or on their phones.

When you download, the original pages are kept exactly as they were (their text stays sharp and searchable), your additions are placed on top, and the form fields are saved as real PDF fields.

Tips

  • Edit text works on PDFs made on a computer. Scanned pages are pictures; use White-out and Add text on those, or OCR PDF first.
  • Covered and white-out text is hidden on the page but still inside the file. For private data use Redact PDF, which removes it.
  • Name your form fields clearly (for example cnic, phone) so the answers are easy to read later.

Do the form fields work in Adobe Reader?

Yes, they are standard PDF form fields.

Can I sign on a phone?
