About the Add Header & Footer to PDF

Add a header and a footer to every page of a PDF: your name or company, a title, the date and page numbers. Write {page} for the page number, {pages} for the total, {date} for today and {file} for the file name, for example “Page {page} of {pages}”.

Place each line on the left, centre or right, choose the text size, and skip the first page for cover pages. Urdu and other scripts work, because the browser draws the text.
